Matthew getting ready to paddle the Pamlico yesterdayOur only child came into our lives at 2:15 p.m. thirty years ago today. He is the best thing that ever happened to us. We'll be celebrating tonight with his favorite dishes - Vietnamese Pho and fresh rolls, both made from scratch, followed by lemon pound cake.
This really is the most blessed day!
